Jon Foster

Jon has been involved in the successful management and delivery of hundreds of engagements across EMEA. He has over the last 25 years worked with numerous global enterprises, primarily assisting their senior leadership teams optimise spend to deliver cost effective solutions. His technical focus on SAP has meant that he is often in demand reviewing cost, price and solutioning options to improve service provisioning for both in and outsourced services.

Jon has worked as a management consultant for leading global consulting groups - ISG and Gartner - Data Analytics Practice. His work focused on delivering benchmarking, cost optimization, sourcing, performance management and programme and project management assessments. He managed the UK Benchmark business, the SAP Benchmark Practice and was a member of the EMEA Senior Leadership Team focused on business performance initiatives.

Jon's decades of experience accelerates his level of understanding to provide a foundation that allows him to focus on providing value and insight. His collaborative approach allows for greater flexibility and this ensures client’s needs are fully realised.

Jon holds an MSc degree in Management Information Systems (Distinction) and a BA degree in History and Politics. He is certified in ITIL foundation, ITIL IT Service Management, CMMi foundation, TOGAF foundation, Project Management Professional and has government Security Check (SC) clearance.
